What You'll Be Doing

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll play an important role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional purchasing experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understanding customers' needs, lifestyles, and budgets to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Presenting and demonstrating Toyota's latest vehicles, features, and technologies.
- Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Following up with prospective customers by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Managing sales opportunities and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Working closely with sales management and finance teams to provide a seamless purchasing experience.
- Developing repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service.




- Consistently working toward individual and dealership sales objectives.
