What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Millwright Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, modification, and maintenance of critical plant equipment and facilities. This role ensures compliance with all Plant Safety and Product Safety Programs and proactively supports continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Work Location: 100% On-Site - 40 Centennial Rd, Orangeville, ON L9W 3T3

Vacancy Status: This is a new role. We are actively seeking to fill this position immediately.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

- Operate equipment within specifications and provide accurate report to Maintenance Team regarding equipment problems.
- Set up and adjust food processing and packaging machines.
- Operate single-function machines to mix, blend, mold, or otherwise process cheese products.
- Check products to ensure compliance to company standards and product specifications.
- Record production information such as quantity, weight, size, date and type of products packaged.
- Perform corrective machine adjustments, clean machines and immediate work areas.
- Operate multi-function process control machinery through control panels, or other control systems to mix, blend, mold, and cook or otherwise process cheese products.
- Ensure compliance to workplace policies and procedures and safety objectives to achieve all production objectives and maintain product quality.
- Communicate necessary information to others in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate status reports as required or as requested by management.
- Report identified issues in production.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean, tidy, and organized.
- Practice proper hand washing techniques.
- Strict adherence to all Company established procedures and policies, including Food Handling,



Health and Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Special projects or other duties as required.
