We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Building Cleaner to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in residential units and common areas of the building.

Responsibilities

- Clean residential units, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and other living spaces.
- Clean and maintain building common areas, including hallways, stairwells, elevators, and entrances.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust surfaces.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces as needed.
- Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Requirements

- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties.
- Good communication skills.

Work Location: In person — Port Coquitlam, BC

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
