Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. The position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking casual or part time work, with opportunities to contribute to the upkeep of commercial spaces. Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is advantageous but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial environments
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Handle waste disposal and replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
- Conduct periodic deep cleaning and special maintenance tasks as needed




- Follow safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Ensure all cleaning activities are completed efficiently while adhering to health and safety guidelines

Experience

- Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols is beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Valuable communication skills and reliability are essential for success in this role

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
