Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hardscaping Installer to join our construction team. This role involves installing various outdoor hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other masonry elements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and masonry work. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that enhance outdoor spaces and contribute to high-quality craftsmanship.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of hardscape features
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during installation processes
- Construct concrete forms, pour and finish concrete surfaces, and install masonry units such as bricks, pavers, and stones
- Perform excavation, grading, and site preparation for outdoor installations
- Collaborate with team members to estimate project materials and time requirements using construction estimating skills




- Maintain a clean work setting and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction, masonry, or related trades; prior hardscaping installation experience is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming, carpentry and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site access and material transportation
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship

Pay: $19.94-$38.00 per hour
