- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about wait times and restaurant offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area to uphold high standards of hospitality
- Assist guests with special requests or accommodations,
demonstrating excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Support team members in delivering outstanding guest services, fostering a lively and welcoming atmosphere
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant hosting, or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in busy environments
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Experience handling phone etiquette professionally and courteously
