Overview

As a Personal Support Worker, provide respectful, practical assistance that supports individuals’ daily routines, comfort, and independence in home and care settings. Work attentively with each person and coordinate with colleagues to help maintain consistent, person-centred support.

Duties

- Assist with personal care and daily activities, adapting support to individual needs and preferences.
- Prepare meals, complete light cleaning, and help maintain a comfortable, orderly environment.
- Support medication administration in accordance with established care plans and procedures.
- Provide senior care, dementia care, and support for individuals with disabilities, observing changes and sharing relevant updates with colleagues.

Requirements

Required: Practical caregiving skills, patience, transparent communication,



and the ability to follow care instructions while supporting personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, and medication routines safely and respectfully. Preferred: Assisted living, nursing home, senior care, dementia care, disability support, or home care experience; familiarity with varied care settings can help you adapt support to individual needs. Pay: $17.93-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 44.0 per week
