National Breaker & Supply Ltd. is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented person for a multifaceted role supporting electrical inside sales and daily operations.
Relevant electrical experience is required. Electrical inside sales experience is preferred, but applicants with hands-on field electrical experience and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. This is not an entry-level position for someone new to the electrical industry.
The role
- Assist customers with electrical product inquiries, pricing, and orders.
- Identify customer requirements and verify product details.
- Prepare accurate quotes and process orders with careful attention to part numbers, quantities, and specifications.
- Follow up on customer requests and outstanding orders.
- Support daily operations and take ownership of tasks as priorities change.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in electrical inside sales, electrical distribution, or field electrical work.
- A working knowledge of electrical products and terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow through without constant supervision.
- Clear, professional communication and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to handle a variety of responsibilities in a small-team environment.
