The Opportunity
JCJ Massage Therapy is seeking an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team and help meet existing patient demand.
Due to school commitments and relocation, our current osteopathic practitioners are temporarily unavailable. Their schedules have been fully booked on their working days, creating an opportunity for an incoming practitioner to provide continuity of care.
While this offers a strong starting point, patients need time to get to know you, understand your treatment approach, and build trust. Establishing your own client base is a gradual process, and we will support you through internal referrals and booking support.

JCJ Massage Therapy has served the Corso Italia community for over eight years. Our services include Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy, and Osteopathy.
Our newly renovated clinic features thoughtfully decorated private treatment rooms that create a peaceful, comfortable, and professional atmosphere. We believe practitioners should enjoy their working environment and have the support they need to focus on patient care.
Our structured clinic procedures are designed to support compliance with applicable regulatory college standards and professional requirements. Clear patient expectations and an established cancellation policy encourage respect for practitioners’ time and commitment to care.
This approach gives our practitioners space to develop their clinical interests, build their individual practices, and support one another. That is the philosophy behind JCJ, and we welcome practitioners who share these values.
What We Offer
- 60% Practitioner Revenue Split: Equivalent to $90–$104 per completed treatment hour, based on current standard fees before HST.
- Established Patient Community & Internal Referrals: Opportunities to build relationships with patients and collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals.
- Practice Management Support: Jane App for online booking and clinical charting, with administrative and direct billing assistance where applicable.
- Flexible Scheduling: Part-time availability with a schedule agreed upon together.
- Annual Fee Reviews: Treatment fees reviewed annually.
- Practitioner Wellness Benefit: Starting at $600 annually, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Convenient Location: TTC-accessible, with free street parking nearby.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice from a recognized educational institution.
- Professional association membership accepted by relevant extended health insurance providers.
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Ability to issue receipts eligible for reimbursement under applicable insurance plans, subject to insurer requirements.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical, patient-centred care.
- A reliable, collaborative approach and an interest in developing a lasting practice.
