Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise personnel, and coordinate the receiving, processing, storage, and distribution of merchandise.

The ideal candidate must have previous warehouse management experience, robust leadership abilities, advanced computer skills, experience using SAP, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to prepare reports and deliver professional presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate warehouse employees.
- Manage the receiving, processing, storage, and shipping of merchandise.
- Coordinate inventory control, order processing, and deliveries.
- Use SAP to manage inventory, track merchandise, process transactions, and maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Prepare and present operational reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to management.
- Monitor staff performance, assign responsibilities, and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
- Improve warehouse procedures and operational efficiency.
- Ensure workplace safety standards and company procedures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with management, employees, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience is required.
- Proven experience supervising and managing warehouse personnel is mandatory.
- Experience using SAP for warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is required.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management,



shipping, and receiving.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and experience preparing reports for management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage warehouse operations independently.
- Forklift licence is an asset but not mandatory.

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and hands-on Warehouse Manager who can confidently lead a team, coordinate warehouse operations, manage merchandise efficiently, and use SAP and other computer systems to maintain accurate records and improve operational performance.

Only candidates with previous warehouse management or supervisory experience will be considered.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
