You will own the technical excellence, quality, and capability across the discipline, mentoring engineers and ensuring deliverables meet all codes and guidelines. The role involves leading Dam Safety Reviews, guiding river engineering and flood hazard work, and developing a robust practice across offices while integrating current 2D/3D
