Key Responsibilities
- Identify key client business issues and service priorities
- Determine client needs using creative assessment approaches
- Validate analysis and develop engagement recommendations




- Oversee deliverable quality and manage day-to-day relationships
- Develop and present proposals for business development

Requirements:
- Seven to ten-plus years of consulting or industry experience
- Significant top-tier management consulting experience
- Experience leading projects in Traditional Oil & Gas and Mining
- Ability to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA is a plus Lead energy consulting engagements through operational insight, structured analysis, client recommendations, and high-quality delivery at A&M.;
