Drive Creditor Insurance growth at Scotiabank by coaching sales teams and influencing regional leaders across Toronto’s Retail Banking channels. Present product value clearly. This Senior Regional Insurance Manager supports creditor insurance distribution across Contact Centre, Virtual Advice Team, Retention teams, and BNSIA. You will develop product knowledge covering perks, suitability, conditions, limitations, exclusions, and internal policies. The position contributes to penetration, revenue, and NIAT objectives within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
- Influence regional leaders to support creditor insurance growth
- Strengthen sales teams’ product knowledge through coaching and training
- Present at regional, district, group, and individual meetings
- Support Field Coaching, Client Solutions Canada,



and DBO teams
- Collaborate with Insurance Canada management colleagues on objectives

Requirements:
- Seven or more years of significant financial services sales experience
- Strong sales coaching, communication, and presentation capabilities
- Proven partnerships with management and sales teams
- Thorough insurance and financial planning concepts knowledge
- PFP, CFP, or AMP designation preferred, not required Use sales management, insurance expertise, and influential communication to expand creditor insurance performance across Scotiabank’s assigned region.
