This Lead Mechanical Engineer position combines technical excellence, project management, and client engagement across diverse building and infrastructure projects. You will design efficient heating, cooling, and ventilation systems while advancing energy transition initiatives. WSP’s work includes commercial, institutional, residential, and industrial sectors throughout Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Active Qualified Engineers Ontario registration and P.
Eng. designation
- Strong experience with district energy and central plants
- Mechanical system analysis and technical evaluation experience
- Working knowledge of Ontario, CSA, and ASHRAE requirements
- Strong client, proposal, and business development skills Use mechanical engineering leadership and sustainable systems expertise to advance WSP’s Ontario decarbonization and energy infrastructure work.
