As a Customer Programs Manager, you will liaise between New Flyer and customers throughout pre-production, bus build, and acceptance. The position requires contract understanding, project management experience, and customer-oriented manufacturing experience. You will support contract completion from initial strategy through post delivery while cultivating customer confidence and trust.

Requirements:

- Ability to travel to Current Flyer facilities in Canada and the United States Bring contract management, stakeholder communication, and project planning skills to New Flyer customer programs and bus acceptance.
