Build backend services and APIs with Go or Python for Splunk’s global fulfillment and provisioning systems. Work with high autonomy. As a software developer on Splunk’s Delivery Orchestration Platform team, you will lead features from technical design through production. You will build distributed systems, operate cloud services, coordinate across teams, and support reliable customer onboarding. The team is modernizing fulfillment architecture toward a next-generation Order Management Platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver backend services and APIs
- Automate order fulfillment and provisioning workflows
- Drive features from design through production operations
- Conduct code reviews and improve reliability and security




- Participate in on-call rotations and lead postmortems

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree plus seven years of related experience
- Master’s degree plus four years of related experience
- Experience building distributed systems and APIs with Go or Python
- Experience operating production services on cloud infrastructure
- Experience coordinating milestones, risks, and cross-functional communication Lead backend fulfillment engineering at Splunk while applying Go, Python, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud operations expertise.
