Lead financial reporting and accounting operations as Controller for Export Packers Company Limited, with a hybrid schedule including one work-from-home day weekly. Based in Brampton, Ontario, this Controller oversees the Export Packers Group of Companies’ financial integrity and compliance. The role requires expertise in US GAAP and ASPE, complex operations, cash management, and internal controls. You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support decisions, efficiency, and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead consolidations, external reporting, and annual audits
- Oversee accounting teams, close processes, and reconciliations
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, banking,



and foreign exchange reporting
- Develop internal controls and advise senior leadership

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ progressive Finance and Accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA designation required
- Solid US GAAP and ASPE reporting expertise
- Experience with acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures Bring CPA expertise, financial leadership, and controls experience to Export Packers’ reporting, treasury, and accounting operations.
