Shape financial regulation at FSRA through compliance leadership, regulatory interpretation, and evidence-based recommendations for complex market conduct matters. As Technical Lead, you will support regulatory oversight across FSRA’s financial sectors and contribute to departmental priorities. The position requires audit or compliance expertise, risk-based assessment, and sound judgment when addressing significant or sensitive issues. You will also help translate regulatory expectations into effective supervisory practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess complex compliance issues and recommend resolution strategies
- Conduct holistic reviews for consistent regulatory interpretation
- Support strategic plans, supervisory initiatives, and operational projects
- Advise management and stakeholders on regulatory requirements




- Mentor staff preparing escalated compliance and enforcement matters

Requirements:
- University degree in business, economics, law, accounting, or related field
- At least three years in compliance, audit, risk, or oversight
- Knowledge of a regulated financial-services sector
- Risk-based auditing, project-management, and leadership skills
