Shape Vanta’s enterprise org model through deep backend engineering and architectural leadership. This remote role spans complex platform foundations. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own a multi-quarter initiative within Program Structure and Trust. You will define enterprise abstractions, support product lines and business units, and guide platform evolution for complex organizational structures. The work includes data isolation, scoped approvals, audit workflows, and residency support.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- 10+ years of deep backend engineering experience
- Experience leading complex, multi-quarter technical initiatives
- Enterprise architecture knowledge, including tenancy and access boundaries
- Solid communication with technical and customer-facing stakeholders
