AI-driven revenue operations meets strategic forecasting in Toronto, where you will build Claude workflows and guide global go-to-market planning. SysAid is seeking a Revenue Operations Strategist to own its connected go-to-market system end to end. You will shape forecasting, capacity planning, territories, quotas, and segmentation with the executive team. You will also build revenue workflows directly in Claude for pipeline generation, enrichment, outreach, deal inspection, forecasting, and reporting. The work combines revenue strategy, workflow automation, and data quality across a global SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Design forecasts, capacity models, coverage, quotas, segments, and territories
- Build and maintain Claude-based revenue workflows
- Set agent and human responsibilities across workflows
- Establish evals, guardrails,



and data quality controls
- Surface risks and opportunities using Gong, Salesforce, and Snowflake

Requirements:
- Experience building dependable LLM agents, MCP integrations, projects, or scripts
- Robust forecasting, capacity planning, compensation, territory, and funnel fundamentals
- Typically five-plus years in SaaS RevOps, sales operations, or strategy
- Comfort with Salesforce, SQL, and Snowflake or similar warehouses
- Toronto-based or willing to relocate; Liberty Village four days weekly Apply revenue strategy, Claude workflow building, and data discipline to strengthen SysAid’s global sales operating system.
