Lead municipal capital projects for the City of Orillia, applying project management and contract administration expertise in a 24-month contract. Reporting to the General Manager, you will implement facility, parks, and City property projects. The position focuses on the Orillia Transit Terminal while supporting other capital initiatives. You will coordinate stakeholders, budgets, schedules, design, construction, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver facility, park, and City property capital projects
- Administer contracts for Orillia Transit Terminal construction
- Monitor budgets, tenders, progress payments, and change orders
- Report project status, issues, schedules, and progress regularly

Requirements:
- Three-year Engineering diploma or related degree
- At least three years implementing projects
- Experience administering current construction contracts
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
