Direct global equity administration for Brookfield’s NYSE and TSX programs from Brookfield Place in Toronto. Use equity expertise, reconciliation discipline, and cross-functional coordination to deliver time-sensitive events. As a hands-on operational leader reporting to the Vice President of Compensation, you will manage Analysts handling publicly traded equity programs. You will partner with Payroll, Tax, Treasury, Human Resources, Legal, Shareworks, and TSX Trust. The position serves as an escalation point for complex equity and cross-border tax questions. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee grants, vesting, exercises, dividends,



and terminations Coordinate participant inquiries and end-to-end equity events Reconcile work and identify errors before employee or filing impact Resolve vendor issues and support system enhancements Escalate complex equity and cross-border tax questions Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized post-secondary institution Five-plus years supervising high-volume transactional teams Robust systematic review skills and attention to detail Knowledge of equity platforms, Shareworks preferred Global equity taxation knowledge and data-tracking ability Apply your global equity, tax, and vendor-management knowledge to oversee accurate programs at Brookfield Asset Management.
