You’ll partner with HRBPs and leaders to identify capability gaps, lead flagship initiatives, and drive data-informed decisions that boost engagement and retention. Reporting to the Senior Director, you’ll steer end-to-end program lifecycles, evaluate tools, and scale development efforts across regions.
