QFG is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science & Service Intelligence to rebuild how Sales & Service use data, predictive models, and conversational AI to guide decisions. You will lead a hands-on team, create governed metrics in BigQuery, and connect telephony, CRM, and cloud data apps to improve client experience across channels. You will own the metric framework, build data pipelines, and mentor analysts while partnering with Product, Technology, and Operations to drive measurable impact.
