You will act as National Engineering’s functional authority for assigned processes while coordinating with Operations and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Apply lean, process management, Six Sigma, and change management methodologies
- Analyze capacity, space, equipment, staffing, utilization, and performance gaps




- Implement corporate and operational projects for assigned value streams
- Coordinate improvement planning sessions with local Operations teams
- Ensure Engineering projects follow required governance and design processes

Requirements:
- Completed undergraduate degree in engineering
- Professional Engineering designation required or due within one year
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
- Three to five years relevant experience and two supervisory years
