Who We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate boasts a minimum of 3 years of experience and treats our patients with the same level of care and affection as they would their own pets. Exceptional communication skills are essential, both with clients and within our team, a keen eye for detail, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. A good sense of humour is a must, and please don't sweat the small stuff! Previous clinic experience, and familiarity with Avimark software are highly valued assets.
Responsibilities Include:
- Warmly greet clients and their pets upon arrival
- Critical thinking and responding promptly to situations is a must.
- Efficiently manage appointment calendars and the reception area
- Promptly answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Ensure accuracy in client information and records maintenance
- Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as required
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area
- Other duties as assigned.
