Hands on, experienced revenue oriented Front Office manager required for small, branded full service hotel.
Ability to manage and control labor, as well as develop award winning service culture required.
To be committed to the development of a motivated, organized and empowered Guest Services team to provide the level of service, professional work standards and guest care required by brand standards and contribute to the overall profitability of the property. Participation in a sales culture is extremely significant
This position could grow to Rooms Division or Ops Manager for an experienced and hungry candidate
Short term staff housing rates are available for relocation
Up to 10% salary incentive
