We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable ICBC certified Class 1 MELT Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction to students, fostering a positive learning setting, and ensuring that participants gain a comprehensive understanding of MELT techniques. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to skill development and personal growth within a supportive academic setting.

Duties

- Deliver structured MELT classes to diverse student groups, ensuring clarity and engagement throughout each session
- Deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and tailored to student needs
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment
- Prepare instructional materials and resources necessary for effective teaching




- Foster a positive learning atmosphere that encourages participation and confidence
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program quality and implement best teaching practices

Requirements

- Proven classroom experience, preferably in teaching or instructional roles
- Strong knowledge of MELT techniques and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students of varying backgrounds
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods as needed
- Passion for education, personal development, and helping others succeed
- Must have ICBC Class 1 MELT Certification

Pay: $35.00-$52.00 per hour
