This posting is for one current vacancy. Future Dreams Immigration Inc. is hiring an Immigration Caseworker for a full time, permanent, in-person position in Brampton, Ontario. This is an experienced, hands-on role—not an entry-level training position.

Required experience

- At least one year of direct experience preparing or coordinating Canadian immigration applications.
- Hands-on experience with BOTH Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) files and permanent residence (PR) files. Please be ready to identify the streams and application types you personally handled.
- Strong English communication, document review, deadline management, and confidential file-handling skills.
- Ability to work in person at our Brampton office and legal authorization to work in Canada.

The required experience concerns Canadian immigration and Canadian post-secondary admissions processes; it may have been gained inside or outside Canada. Please apply only if your résumé shows practical work in all three required areas: PNP, PR, and Canadian college/university admissions.

What you will do

- Prepare, organize, and quality-check PNP and PR files under the supervision of the licensed immigration consultant.
- Review forms and supporting documents, maintain checklists and client records, track deadlines, and follow up on missing information.
- Provide professional client updates without giving independent immigration advice.

- Ability to communicate with clients in Punjabi and/or Hindi is an asset because some clients prefer those languages. Applicants are not required to speak either language.

Pay: CA$23–$27 per hour, based on directly relevant experience. Full-time, permanent; in person at 6475 Mayfield Rd, Brampton, Ontario.
