This Technical Lead delivers SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 collaboration, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio solutions. The work covers technical leadership, administration, development, governance, integrations, production support, documentation, and mentoring. You will translate business requirements into solution designs, technical tasks, and delivery plans. Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery and support for Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions Design SharePoint sites, hubs, libraries, metadata, permissions, and governance Deliver Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, connectors,



and approvals Configure Copilot Studio agents using SharePoint knowledge sources Troubleshoot integration, permissions, workflow, and platform issues Requirements:

Senior IT experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform Solid SharePoint architecture, administration, search, metadata, and lifecycle expertise Power Apps, Power Automate, connectors, approvals, and workflow experience Copilot Studio configuration, deployment, testing, and governance experience preferred Ability to lead resources, conduct reviews, and meet agreed timelines Bring SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, governance, and technical leadership expertise to TCS collaboration services.
