This full time IT Business Manager provides agency-wide leadership under general administrative direction. You will align technology investments with strategic priorities, advise leadership, and coordinate complex initiatives with Minnesota IT Services. The work includes policy development, performance measures, resource allocation, and organizational risk management. Key Responsibilities:
