Drive EHS compliance for Oldcastle APG Canada West from Balzac, Alberta, focusing on permits, regulatory strategy, and environmental risk assessment. As Regional EHS&S; Manager, you will support Oldcastle, a CRH company, by minimizing environmental, health, and safety risks. This onsite position covers regulatory requirements, environmental operating permits, equipment compliance, and technical documentation. You will also coordinate with the Regional EHS Director on APG and CRH initiatives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for regional operations
- Prepare permit applications for installations and modifications
- Assess environmental risks and advise team members
- Collaborate on equipment safety, design, installation,



and compliance
- Prepare technical documentation for agencies and internal needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in science or equivalent education
- One to two years related experience or training preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations
- Ability to analyze safety procedures, metrics, and regulatory guidance
- Ability to travel up to 50% Bring regulatory strategy, permit development, and environmental risk assessment skills to Oldcastle APG’s regional compliance work.
