Lead complex technical programs across EQ Bank’s Digital Banking ecosystem using outcome-focused planning, risk management, and executive communication. The Senior Technical Program Manager owns delivery from initiation through implementation, go-live, and transition. This role coordinates Engineering, Product, Business, Enterprise partners, and third parties. Success requires managing dependencies, governance, customer outcomes, reliability, and usability.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish integrated execution plans spanning teams, systems, and business domains
- Maintain program outcomes, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions
- Lead governance forums and Steering Committee discussions
- Anticipate risks affecting customer outcomes and operational readiness




- Mentor Technical Program Managers through guidance and peer review

Requirements:
- Seven or more years leading complex technology programs
- Experience across the full PDLC or SDLC
- Advanced business, technical, analytical, and problem-solving acumen
- Solid executive communication, influencing, facilitation, and collaboration skills
