- Negotiate and resolve claims effectively
- Attend court, tribunals, mediations, pre-trials, discoveries, and conferences

Requirements:
- Member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing
- Two years of personal injury law experience
- Detailed hands-on knowledge of SABS
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills
