Coordinate corporate security operations for the Town of Caledon using CCTV, access control, and incident response expertise. Work flexibly across office, remote, and after-hours settings. Reporting to the Manager, Facilities, this full-time coordinator oversees physical security infrastructure across Town-owned facilities. The position administers security technologies, supports emergency preparedness, and maintains compliance with corporate security and privacy protocols. It also coordinates vendors, investigations, and enforcement support. Key Responsibilities:

Administer CCTV, access control, alarm, and monitoring systems Coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and inquiries Troubleshoot systems, audit devices, and coordinate vendor repairs Support drills, lockdowns, evacuations,



and event security planning Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and oversee security providers Requirements:

Post-secondary diploma in security, law enforcement, or related studies Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence and active CPR and First Aid Three years’ related security system installation and maintenance experience Two years’ enforcement and central alarm monitoring experience Robust communication, judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills Bring security technology oversight, emergency coordination, and sound judgment to protect Caledon’s municipal facilities and operations.
