Lead financial controls coordination at SLC Management, applying SOX expertise and audit knowledge within a mix of in-office and virtual work. Advise senior leaders on control strategies, issues, and emerging risks across asset management. As Senior Associate, Financial Controls, you will report to the Senior Director of SLC Management Financial Controls. You will manage the ICFR SOX program, support internal and external audits, and advise asset classes on control matters. The work includes SOC1 and CSAE 3416 reports, control dashboards, risk evaluation, and financial reporting close activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the ICFR SOX program
- Support internal and external audits and resolve requests
- Lead annual service provider control report audits

- Oversee control issues, actions, timelines, and emerging risks

Requirements:
- Professional finance designation, including CPA, CA, CMA, CGA, or CFA
- Four or more years of financial services experience
- Internal or external audit, risk management, or control development experience
- Solid problem solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Project management skills and Microsoft Office proficiency Bring financial controls, SOX, audit, and stakeholder influence expertise to SLC Management’s institutional asset management business.
