Lead nuclear new build delivery for Candu Energy Inc. with project management, contract control, and SMR program experience. Support a first-of-kind western hemisphere reactor. This Project Lead supports a small modular reactor new build expected on the grid by the end of this decade. The role requires extensive new build and project management experience, coordinating engineering, project controls, safety, quality, and joint venture partners. You will direct project execution and stakeholder accountability. Key Responsibilities:

Assemble teams and establish training and development programs Define project scope, deliverables, and contract requirements Manage contracts, changes, requirements, suppliers, and subcontractors Control schedules, budgets, costs, forecasts, and resources Develop execution plans, reporting, and risk analysis Requirements:

Extensive new build project experience Extensive project management experience Knowledge of nuclear and industrial safety requirements Experience with Monte Carlo risk methodology Ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships Apply nuclear safety, project controls, contract management, and risk analysis expertise to Candu Energy Inc.’s SMR recent build.
