You will analyze AI adoption, measurement of engineering productivity, and data-driven KPIs to guide cost and quality decisions in a BFSI context. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Analytics or Data Science, expertise in Python, SQL, statistics, and experiment design, and hands-on work with Databricks, Power BI, and GitHub. You will collaborate across teams while upholding privacy constraints.
