Lead product development for LotusFlare’s Digital Network Operator Cloud, combining API integrations with clear requirements for telecom demonstrations. Guide four engineers directly. This Intermediate Product Manager role serves sales and marketing teams presenting technology to communication service providers. You will assess customer-specific requests, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinate delivery from discovery through production release. You will also support AI-enabled demo preparation and data flows between platform systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess demo requests against current DNO capabilities
- Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Run sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives
- Track dependencies, risks, timelines,



and stakeholder communication
- Partner on APIs, data flows, architecture, and tests

Requirements:
- Four-plus years managing products, ideally platforms or B2B SaaS
- Daily collaboration experience with engineers
- Experience working with sales, pre-sales, or marketing
- Experience running engineering team sprint ceremonies
