The Roadmaster oversees track operations, maintenance of way, and Transport Canada compliance. This leadership role requires railway track safety knowledge, collective agreement interpretation, and experience directing teams or complex track renewal projects. You will guide craft employees, support service continuity, and maintain operational integrity through structured planning and reviews. Key Responsibilities:
