Lead month-end reporting, financial statements, and close activities as Accounting Manager with Mother Parkers, supporting North American beverage operations. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this Accounting Manager manages reporting, consolidations, reconciliations, and audit preparation. The role also leads Accounts Payable and Credit/Collections teams, strengthens processes, and protects accounts receivable. Responsibilities span transfer pricing, budgets, forecasts, controls, and cash flow analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close, journal entries, and monthly reporting
- Prepare consolidated financial statement packages for multiple entities
- Lead general ledger reconciliations and variance commentary




- Prepare audit working papers and communicate with external auditors
- Implement process improvements, narratives, and best practices

Requirements:
- At least five years of progressive finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Solid technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics D365 knowledge
- Ability to lead projects and improve controls Apply financial reporting, consolidation, reconciliation, and process improvement expertise while supporting Mother Parkers’ accounting operations.
