Support strategic employee relations with Canadian Blood Services as a Human Resources Business Partner, working at least 40% in office with Calgary preference. This regular full-time position sits within the Employee Relations team in People, Culture and Performance. You will partner with leaders, employees, unions, and assigned departments in a regulated environment. Your work includes coaching, people-management advice, program delivery, and strategic input on operational issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on operational people-management solutions
- Deliver People, Culture and Performance programs and training
- Support organizational structure changes and change initiatives
- Facilitate union relations, grievance meetings,



and negotiations
- Conduct investigations and advise on terminations

Requirements:
- University degree in human resources, labour relations, or related field
- Five to seven years in unionized Business Partner roles
- Understanding of HR, employment, labour, and human rights practices
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- CHRP designation preferred Bring strategic HR partnership, employee relations expertise, and sound judgment to Canadian Blood Services in Calgary.
