Duties

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments using various techniques tailored to client needs
- Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to maximize advantages
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment plans, expectations, and aftercare instructions
- Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are sanitized and maintained according to health regulations




- Educate clients on self-care practices and wellness strategies to support ongoing health goals
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements

Experience

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or certification body
- Proven experience delivering massage therapy treatments in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients
- Outstanding communication skills for explaining procedures clearly and listening actively to client concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and safety
