Summary

As Velox continues to grow, we are looking for an energetic and proactive Sales & Marketing Representative to help expand our customer base, strengthen our market presence, and promote our healthcare technology solutions.

Responsibilities

- Prospect and engage inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, LinkedIn, industry events, and other channels.
- Build relationships and hold strategic conversations with executives, radiology directors, clinic owners, and other healthcare decision-makers.
- Qualify, track, and organize leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and support efficient deal progression.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to develop sales strategies, messaging, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
- Maintain and grow Velox Imaging’s presence across social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Create and coordinate marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, website content, and promotional materials.
- Support website updates and basic SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and generate new leads.
- Assist with planning and promoting conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other industry events.
- Monitor campaign performance,



website engagement, and lead-generation activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current on trends in medical imaging, healthcare technology, SaaS, digital marketing, and competitor activity.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, medical imaging, medical devices, or healthcare IT is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Comfortable with prospecting, relationship building, and communicating with senior decision-makers.
- Experience with social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or SEO is an asset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic, proactive, creative, and motivated by growth.
- Interest in healthcare innovation and emerging technologies.
