Job Overview

As a Restaurant Server – Indian Restaurant, you’ll welcome guests, guide them through the menu, and coordinate attentive service with the kitchen. You’ll help create a smooth, hospitable dining experience from greeting through payment.

Duties

- Greet guests, explain menu options, take accurate orders, and enter them into the POS or Micros POS system.
- Serve food and beverages, communicate guest requests to kitchen colleagues, and support timely food preparation and service.
- Handle cashiering, payments, and basic math accurately; suggest suitable menu items through thoughtful upselling.
- Follow food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices while keeping service areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

Required: Clear customer service and communication, time management,



basic math, careful cash handling, and the ability to follow food safety and sanitation practices are significant for dependable serving and guest services. Your impact: Accurate orders and considerate service help guests enjoy their meals and enable colleagues to coordinate smoothly.

Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, hospitality, kitchen, or food preparation experience is helpful, along with familiarity with POS or Micros POS systems.

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
