Radical Road is looking for a beer loving bar manager that is excited to engage with our local community. This position is split between shifts on the floor with customers and time to focus on growing our brand. $22/hr for both non service and service shifts. Bonus structure to be discussed. Service shifts would collect tips.
- Creating and managing events that are of interest and relevant to the local community
- Source new exciting products that fill gaps (Wine, RTD, spirits, non-alc) to sell in-house and for retail
- Inventory for beer, food products, cocktail menu, and general restaurant supplies
- Place orders and follow up on status, and review deliveries
- Track inventories of all bar products
- Hiring Recent Staff and Training. Interviews can be supported by Jon or Simon
- Staff Scheduling
- Update Uber & POS system ensuring all instock products are available
- Update Menus
- Manage private event bookings
- Ability to create and post on Social Media based on Radical Road’s set standards and schedule
