Job Summary

The Residential cleaning- subcontractor provides dependable residential cleaning and related household support, helping clients enjoy clean, orderly homes. This role combines hands-on cleaning with thoughtful service and clear communication.

Duties

- Clean residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and other agreed rooms, using care and attention to detail.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect household surfaces.
- Clean appliances, furniture, fixtures, and other assigned areas.
- Change bed linens and perform laundry duties as required
- Collect and dispose of household waste appropriately.

Requirements

Must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Must have your own cleaning equipment - mop and vacuum

Must have your own cleaning rags and supplies

Practical residential cleaning skills, good time management, organization, and explicit communication.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
