Overview:

We are an exciting Bistro in Tecumseh and are looking for extra help in the kitchen. We are a small family owned and operated business specializing in European cuisine. We offer a unique and delicious menu, amazing atmosphere and a positive work environment.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a willingness to learn, a focus to provide each guest the best possible experience delivering exceptional customer service, enthusiastic to learn current things and remain calm under pressure.

Duties:

- Taking orders from the wait staff and preparing food according to customer preference
- Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- Making adjustments to accommodate clients with specific diet and health concerns
- Plan and prepare menus, and determine food portions and quantities needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed
- Familiarity with the food industry standards and practices
