Navigating a busy healthcare facility can be stressful, and finding a place to park is often a visitor's very first experience upon arrival. As a Customer Service Representative/Parking Lot Attendant with Concord Parking, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive, helpful environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff across three parking lots in the Eastern Health Sciences Centre network.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means keeping parking operations running efficiently while delivering patient and professional service to every driver you meet. You will rotate between designated parking sites, ensuring motorists can easily park, pay, and find their way.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Assisting Drivers: Greeting visitors, answering questions, giving clear directions, and helping users operate automated payment kiosks.

- Site Upkeep & Troubleshooting: Performing basic maintenance and routine troubleshooting on payment equipment, setting up signage, and keeping work areas clean.

- Lot Monitoring: Regularly patrolling lots to maintain safety, check for parking compliance, and issue notices when necessary.

- Reporting: Completing accurate shift logs, payment summaries,



and incident reports.

- Traffic Guidance: Managing vehicle flow during peak hours to prevent congestion and guide drivers to open spaces.

Position Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- A calm, empathetic, and professional approach when answering questions or resolving customer complaints.

- Comfort using basic computer systems and troubleshooting automated equipment.

- Willingness to complete a standard background check and employment verification.

- Flexibility to work full time 8-hour shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 23:30, including evenings and weekends.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or security.

- A valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Pay & Benefits

- Hourly Rate: $16.60 per hour

- Schedule: Full-time (8-hour shifts between 07:00 and 23:30)
