Drive complex Technology project delivery at CN through governance, financial management, and stakeholder coordination, with eligibility for CN’s hybrid work model. This position oversees projects across planning, execution, control, closing, and transfer to core operations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies while aligning scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives. The work includes executive reporting and vendor collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams across delivery methodologies
- Manage budgets, forecasts, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate vendors, Product Owners, clients, and technical teams
- Prepare governance materials, reports, and executive updates




- Support impact analyses for scope, schedule, and budget changes

Requirements:
- Minimum five years of IT project management experience
- Experience managing complex project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks
- Experience preparing steering committee presentations and governance reporting
- Robust communication skills with senior leaders
